Good morning, I have had the tailwind garage door working for years on the habitat, the last update seams to have broken it. I did all the things restarted the tailwind reloaded the divers Child and parent.running the hub 2.5.1.142. it has a static Ip address it will work in the tailwind app. I am up to date on all the apps.
I keep getting this error, 2026-08-04 12:37:04.831 pm
error
groovy.lang.MissingMethodException: No signature of method: static com.hubitat.hub.executor.helpers.ExecutorHttpClient5.toInteger() is applicable for argument types: () values: [] on line 206 (method poll).
it will not open or close the door in habitat, any suggestions.
In case you weren't aware. Since the C8Pro supports homekit controller you can integrate your tailwind using that protocol also. It's local and doesn't require any polling. That's how I have mine setup with zero issues on any of the recent firmware versions
yes thank you but that isn't working for me either. However I did get it backing apple home and it works there but not with Hubitat at this point. I run Home assistant as well and I have been able to add it there and it works I removed it from Home Assistant and. Apple home as it described on the Integration page, it will not recognize it. I reset the tailwind as well. I have no idea what the heck happened . And I also restarted my network several times as well.
I was using the drivers as well when it broke so I will try it again! The apple home controller is an integration in the integration area never got that working!
I found that in order for it to correctly report status, you need to "enable status polling" in the parent device. Once you do that, it works properly.
Noticed that my device states stopped updating on 7/30/2026. Spent some time with it this morning after upgrading to the latest release (2.5.1.143).
I can send commands to open and close the door that works properly, but I'm not getting any device state updates. I'm receiving a similar error as the original poster.
Thank you for the reply. I've been looking for this option in my parent device and I can't find it! I'm at a loss as to why this option isn't there for me. I'm using the drivers that are linked from the Tailwind site. It's clear looking at your screenshot that I have a different driver than you. What is the source of your driver @bobbo?
