I have a rule on each of my 4 hubs where the only trigger is
Location event: systemStart
According to the shiny new "Apps stats" under the "Logs", during the reboot from installing 2.2.5, each of these rules was called 3 times.
Right, updates may restart hub software more than once, and it doesn't necessarily boot all the way. I'll revisit event's timing.
