System Message

I am getting a system message saying cloud connection is not available. I need more detail to be able to troubleshoot this. Is the problem on my end or with the cloud server? And if it is my end what IP are you trying to reach?

That message essentially tells you that the hub has not checked in with the cloud, and thus any cloud services (remote dashboard, hub finder, etc) are not available. The problem is generally at the hub’s local network - first suspect would be a static IP address without DNS servers designated.

Yep, you probably fiddled with the Static IP settings in the Networking page of the hub. Change back to DHCP and reserve an address reservation in your router instead.

I switched back to DHCP and that resolved the problem. Thank you.

Best to just set a reservation in your routers dhcp table.
