I have a sylvania zigbeee outlet that was previously working without issue on my wink hub. I am unsure if it is a range issue as the placement of the outlet and the hub remain the same.
I am nervous as i just ordered a few more which were on sale at Amazon for $15 a piece.
When it does work it is instant. Randomly it seems like it just becomes unresponsive.
I think this may be the only zigbee device in my home.
I have at least 4 of these and they work great with Hubitat. I would hazard a guess that it is a zigbee mesh issue and the plug is having a hard time talking to the hub.
One of mine is in a shed and has to use another plug to repeat through to reliably get back to the HE hub. If you place one of the plugs you purchased between the current plug and the hub it may help.
I agree with oldcomputerwiz, it is probably a mesh problem. All the different hubs have different transmitters and receivers thus have different range. I have 10 of the Sylvania outlets and have never had a problem. At least one in each room. Give it a chance.

I have read some posts where the version 1 of these plugs was not reliable, but the version 2 was fine.
