Can you still use the original HE? Iām assuming no is the answer or you could just delete them from that hub, since you already have the database copied to the new hub. That is how I am going to do it whenever I get my next hub. Apologies if you just slapped your whole face.

That is how I managed to finally get them to work: doing a remove on the original C-7 opened them up for pairing on the new C-7. I was just wondering how I would have accomplished this if the original C-7 was dead.
It's really weird that the first of the 3 worked by plugging/unplugging. I tried removing the connector to the Zigbee module, but they are (well) mounted far under the kitchen sink and hard to access.
