I am wondering if it is possible to have 2 switches turned on, but only when a dimmer switch is dimmed below a set value. We have 2 lamps in our bedroom that are on zigbee plug in modules. I would like for those to turn on when our main bedroom lights which are z wave, are dimmed down past a certain state. I am sure there is a way to do this, but I cannot seem to figure it out in the platform. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would add the condition that the switch is on. Dimmer level is independent of the status of the switch. So, it's possible to have a dimmer level less than 50 and the switch being off. Which I assume, you would not want the other lights on for.
