Experienced a power flicker. Commands with Hubitat and Alexa were non responsive. Backup restored to day previous to power flicker. Light switch is non responsive app command turn on when motion detected. Generated a new app command to turn on/off at specific time. Also non responsive. Purchased and installed a UPS to avoid this glitch in the future. Any ideas on how to get the switch connected.
Remove and then restore power to the switch, ie, with a breaker?

What is make and model of switch? GE/Jasco offers a 5 year warranty as example and this is a known issue with older models especially the 17XX date code, 2017 model year.
