I have a C7 and the Mac is REDACTED. I have an old email address on it and i want my new one put on instead but cant seem to do it. It sounds like i need help from hubitat support?

You might want to consider removing your MAC address from your post.

The MAC address is unique to your hub and you really don't want that exposed to the internet.
Click the three dots at the bottom of your post, and then click the pencil as mentioned above by @oldcomputerwiz

Back to answering your question:
If you have the ability to log in using the old e-mail address, and do not have any subscriptions yet, you can try the below-
- Emails Linked to This Hub: A list of accounts (by e-mail address) and their role (admin or guest) on this hub; this can be changed at My Hubitat.
Log in with your old e-mail, add the new one and change it to the admin. Then log in with your new one and delete the old one.
If you do have subscriptions, or can't log in with your old address, you would need support. However, I do not think they can transfer subscriptions to a new e-mail.
