C8 Pro, latest platform and Z-wave.
Had problem with a ZSE41 contact sensor not coming back on line, at least as far as the device page goes.
Removed from Smart Start, swapped in a placeholder virtual contact, excluded device, SS added, swapped out the placeholder.
Reported normally on the device page before swap.
After swap, while it reported activity in the logs, no change on the device page.
It did this twice, so I just replaced the device manually in each app.
That worked fine.
