For the record the "Swap Apps Device" is the bomb!

Just curious what the prevailing opinion is on swapping out a device in this manner vs rebuilding your app if it is the case that you are replacing a device with another and only are using the device in one or two apps.
Is there going to be some reason down the road I am going to wish I didn't take the easy route of using this Swap vs just installing the new device and reconstituting the one or two apps using it?
