Support system

@bobbyD not sure whats going on with your support system i keep getting emails saying

Thank you for your update. Our system does not recognize replies to this ticket, so you will not receive any further response. Support will reach out to you if additional details about this incident are needed.

But nothing telling me any updates

That response is generated when we receive a new email on a previously escalated issue, for which we do not have an update.

When I read your responses I remember why I never was good at the customer support functions - Iā€™m too prone to speaking my mind... (although the OP for this thread probably would have gotten a semi-civil response from me depending on whether Iā€™d had enough coffee or not :sunglasses:)
