Has anyone else had issues getting Hubitat support to respond to tickets? I submitted a ticket more than 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. My remote admin subscription is broken, and I can't resubscribe or figure out what's going on.

Sorry for the troubles. Have you checked the spam? Looks like you've had a few tickets that have been resolved, and one that was created yesterday and is currently in the queue to be reviewed today. I am sure you'll hear back from us by the end of the day.

I did check my spam, and there were no messages there. The ticket I sent in on April 1 had no response for two weeks. I see your response from last night, and have finally been able to subscribe to the service again. Thanks!
