The Sonos Integration does not find the Ikea Symphonik Shelf speaker yet...
I have one and it found it straight away. Did you make a sonos account and have it all registered and updated ?
Really? I have it all registered and updated and the Sonos phone app knows all about it, but the Sonos Integration never finds it. I will try again and go to bed and see if it ever finds it!
they are on the same network ?
I set mine up, added the sonos app in HE and boom - connected.
Is this your first Sonos speaker? I have a Symfonisk (I assume that's what you mean) and mine was discovered, but it took a while--much closer to the "5 minutes or more" thing the app says than it was to instant, in contrast to a lot of my other experiences with similar apps.

I just added 2 Symfonisk speakers about 2 weeks ago and the were discovered right away. I had no prior Sonos on the network.

Yes, I have it all registered and I added a Play:1 and a connect today it found both of them almost immediately. I will try resetting the Symfonisk and re-connecting it in the Sonos phone app and then see if HE can find it.
Well, I unplugged the Symfonisk and now it was found!
