@bravenel - a bug was found in the sunrise trigger when you put an offset of 0. Any other offset, or a blank and it works. Please put it on your ‘to do’ fix list. Thanks.
I can confirm that it wasn't working, and that's been fixed for next release.

Sunrise trigger appears to be broken in the latest 2.2.6.139
My lights do not turn off at sunrise any more and things worked fine on the previous release.
Hmm. Mine were still working OK in RM4 using 2.2.6.139.
