Since Iv learned early before I buy a product ask community. There are a ton of products out there that will do what I want. Im looking into motorized blinds that work with hubitat 1. for windows that can do both lower and raise then as well as open and close the blinds for windows. 2. I have 2 skylights that i would like to automize with just open and close either or must be usable with hubitat. Looking for suggestions so im not doing trial and error purchases.

For corded blinds you can use the Zemismart AM43. For tilt blinds you can use the iblinds v3
Tuya makes a motorized window opener that works with skylights (video on page)
Good finds but im looking for a complete system. My ex was kinda of well off and wanted custom wood blinds that require a 6 cly engine to raise or lower there really THAT heavy. I wanted to get rid of them now and buy something that is 1 piece and works together. Blinds and motor combo that works with hubitat. I was looking into shades and or regular blinds. Not sure which would be better but either way Id like the set. Worst case i can get the add on motor and buy blinds/shade from home depot or menards. Im not a fan of alibaba and there site does not describe things well. Im still looking but everything is 400$ to 1500$ range each. Ill deal with the sun before spending that kind of money.
Somfy may end up in that expensive bracket that brings back bad memories, but is definitely one option. Many have used them around here, including using a Zigbee or Z-Wave adaptor (I can't remember the protocol) to control the blinds, or the now officially supported Bond bridge that supports other devices like fans and fireplaces.
I've personally made use of the Bond bridge myself and have been very happy, albeit Somfy was expensive, but the result if very good.
Nice blinds but I think your correct saying there expensive especially when no prices are given and say contact a dealer. This is going to be a ouch moment, but thank you.
I know that often leads to quotes that are eye-watering, but typically (at least here in Oz) quotes are free and non-committal, so if nothing else, getting a sales consultant in may provide some useful insights into options or other things you may need to consider, even if you don't go with them or the products they offer.
