Suggestion for RM UI: Rule Groups

Nothing major here but as my list of rules grows, it occurred to me that it might be nice to have a second level of organization beyond text-based rule name prefixes.

If there is a suggestion box then please add this one to it.

Best Practice: One rule, or two?

I find if you have two separate triggers (sunset, sunrise) its easier and usually more reliable to just do two rules. Also helps to find a way to organize your rules. Whether that is a leading character or emoji or whatever. I like using the emoji's to group my rules and then name the rules the action they are performing. [image]

I grouped them by using number prefixes by room or macro functions:

The only issue with this is it means your rules are not sorted alphabetically so it can still be a pain to find a rule in a long list like mine. But it sure is pretty
