I purchased Hub Protect & Remote Admin on 02/21/22. I was just looking at my subscription to see when it expires and noticed that it does not show up under my subscriptions. How do I get this corrected?

Have you rebooted your hub since getting the subscription? Usually the main reasons are that, the unit doesn't have access to the internet, or that the previous sub ran out.
Yes many times. As per my first message I purchased the subscription on 02/21/22. That is almost a year. That is what made me look under my subscription page and I noticed it did not show my subscription.
One thing that I can think of is when I first had my hubitat and purchased my subscription it was under a different email. Last year support helped me change my email as the original one was closed down. So could it be possible that is the reason?

Good morning, I received an email from support on 2/8/23 and this is what they said, "Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Replacement of admin account is likely the issue here. Could you please send us your previous email account so we can look up your active subscription and make necessary corrections?"
When I replied back to it gave me a "Thank you this is an unmonitored email" go to support. online again. On 2/8/23 I went back and had to submit another form. I sent the information requested and as of today 2/13/23, I have not heard back and I also checked my account and the subscription it is still missing.
Can you please help as the original subscription is on auto renew very soon so it will charge my account and still not be associated to my correct email account?
