Submission buttons in apps non responsive in Web app

I am on a M1 MAC and some of the submission buttons in the apps start to vibrate on the screen and are unresponsive and the page freezes. This occurs in the web based app but not in the mobile one.
Notice what the UPDATE button looks all fuzzy it seems to vibrate

Any fixes for this?

Just click anywhere outside the pull-down menu area.
