Stuck on blue light

After trying to update to latest version 2.2.5.123, page says "update failed, please try again" and hub will not reboot. Tried everything on diagnostic page including reboot, soft reset, safe mode. Unplugged for 5 mins also. Diagnostic page says I am running latest version. Tried rolling back but hub will not reboot. Would be fine with a factory reset at this point but I do not have that option on my diagnostics page. Rebooted my router just in case. Checked ethernet cable and power cord. I just migrated 75 devices over from SmartThings about two weeks ago so this is painful.

*I also cleared my browser cache and tried using a different computer and using a new incognito window.

Please try a "Platform reset" option using diagnostics tool's full UI mode first:
http://your.hubs.ip.address:8081/?fullui
This will preserve radio pairings.
I'll take a look at the hub as soon as it boots and becomes accessible from the support tool.

You are awesome. I am finally able to get a green light and back to the get started/restore from backup page. Next step?

It you haven't saved a backup locally (on a computer), diagnostics tool has a Download backups option that lists all backups available/saved on the hub itself. The hub does backups daily.
