I had my Zigbee radio shutdown and noticed long runtime for my routines. Started with 1 device that would take several minutes to respond and is slowly getting worse. Now some timed triggered routines are not functioning. Not sure what to ask or do from here???
John
You've restarted your hub?
Have you rebooted the hub?
After rebooting the hub see if you have some device like a thermostat set to query every second or something close to that.
Also run a Zigbee log and see what it says.
Yes. I also auto re-boot it weekly.
How do you check this. Do you have to go to each device?
A few more questions for you:
- What hub model.
- Did you add any Zigbee devices recently.
- Can you determine if the rules are not working because the devices are not working, or something else.
- Any errors in logs.
Here is a document that might give you some ideas on where to look for problems:
https://docs.hubitat.com/index.php?title=How_to_Troubleshoot_Apps_or_Devices#App_Troubleshooting
- Hub is a C7
- No devices added recently.
- Just started looking into this so not sure yet.
- I have an error:
app:16162022-09-09 12:52:34.188 pm errorreportStateResponse Error: { "error": { "code": 404, "message": "Requested entity was not found.", "status": "NOT_FOUND" } } , giving up for now.
Edit: I think this is a google home error. I don't use is so I just removed the app.
I am fairly green as far as how to dig deeper into this. I have much more reading to do.

It seems to me that the google home app was the last thing i added quite a while back so maybe it was most of the problem.....
It may help to check the apps and device stats page to see if anything stands out as eating up resources.
Keep an eye on the Zigbee and if it goes offline again for no apparent reason, send me a private message and we will look to make sure you are not dealing with some sort of hardware problem.
I think I need someone to log into my device and look to see what may be a problem device. Everything seems to be working but something is going on and I don't know what to look for as far as when viewing the logs. Example: how many ms is excessive use for some of the apps or devices?
John
Ok thank you.
It's less about the ms and more about how much active time a device/app is eating up. For example, the Tuya devices had a bad time yesterday so it's showing a high percentage of busy and total.
I did have an issue with Sengled bulbs (which may actually be Tuya) and switch them to INNR bulbs and all my problems went away. I did find putting a plug socket close to the bulbs helped as it was a repeater. Also when I added a couple of INNR bulbs they also acted as repeaters. The Tuya bulbs are probably not repeaters like the Sengled bulbs are not repeaters.
