Stopped getting notification on the phone

Hi,
I used to get notification when the light switch is triggered with sunrise and sunset. For past few weeks it stopped working. The log shows the notification was sent to my phone all this time and even today morning. But do not get notifications. The setting in the phone looks fine. The rule has been running fine for more than a year. Not sure why it broke. Any ideas?

I have C7 Elevation. A shot from the log looks like this.

Thx

1, Have you tried to manually send a notification from your device page?
(If it doesn't work manually, it won't work via program.)
2. Carefully check the actual notification page: Are there any other devices that you're trying to notify at the same time? Do they all work manually?
3. Can you show a screenshot of the app doing the notification. Perhaps there is something going on in that app that we can spot.

Hi Kepcoate,

It happened to me as well. Not sure why.

I’ve fixed this by going in each notification or any other app ( ie. RM and so on) which required notification and selecting again my phone.

Attention, when you are entering each of these apps on the first screen it will show that your phone ( device) it is already selected but if you click on that particular instruction as you would simulate that you would like to alterate the app/notification and select a different device/phone you will notice that is de-selected.

Thanks guys. Here are something that I tried and noticed.

  1. Tried to deselect and re-select phone and it does not change the status.
  2. When checking the notifications in app at TOOLS->NOTIFICATIONS all the the notifications are present. It is just that I am not seeing them on phone when they come in like a normal notification would.
3 Rebooted phone and no still no change.
4 Checked the notification setting in IOS and they are all enabled.
5 I set up a basic rule. When time is X send an IOS notification. Nothing fancy and it shows under app TOOLS-> NOTIFICATIONS but not in IOS notifications. The things is that this has worked for a year with no changes made to setup.

6 Enabled only single IOS notification to test any possibility of conflict between rules and no change in status either.

Any clues, what to try next?

Does iOS have an option to suppress notifications at the app level? Android has that capability and what sounds like is going on here.

Yes, it does. Hubitat app notifications are all enabled in IOS settings.
Thx

Finally got it to work by installing/uninstalling the app.
