Still having Problems with a Previously Working Automation

I am currently on BETA 2.5.1.152 but I do not believe my problem is related to the above.

Please check out my original post describing my RM automation issue that I first noticed under V 2.5.1.142. I need to emphasize that this same rule works fine under V2.5.0.159 and previous versions

Upgraded to BETA 2.5.1.164 and this same automation is working as it should. So.... somewhere between .152 and .164 this issue was resolved. Not sure which
