I see two things in otherwise empty Statuses in my device listings. One is "25", and the other is a little house. What do these mean?

House means it's tied to HomeKit.
25 is the current status of whatever attribute you set there (maybe power?)
The pencil icon enables you to set (or then edit) the desired status attribute in that field - this can also be done from that device's "Preferences" tab page.
What status shows is selected in the device driver.
