Start Level Change + Descriptive Text Logging + Caseta Dimmers = WTF?!?

Okay...I thought I was going completely (more) nuts there for a minute. I was trying out start/stop level changes with different devices and I got to my Caseta dimmers. Well, I thought that after using the Start Changing level/Stop changing level commands that the dimmer level wasn't updating in HE, which I could have sworn was working before. I tried a bunch of dimmers going up going down, directly from the device edit page too. Nothing was updating in HE. Changes in the Lutron app updated HE fine. Even a refresh would not get the dimmer to report the correct level. NOTHING. So, I go back in to turn on Descriptive Text Logging to capture whatever I can to post here and BAM!! It works! It updates the level after the dimmer is done ramping. So, I turn Descriptive Text Logging off again and sure enough, no more updates to the dimmer's level after i stop changing the level! So, it appears that in order to update the level correctly, you have to leave descriptive text logging ON for your Caseta Dimmers. Who knew?!?

@mike.maxwell is this intentional?

No that shouldn't be, sounds like a bug.

Thanks @mike.maxwell.

I've been using Hubitat with Lutron Smart Bridge Pro, Pico Remotes, and Lutron Dimmers for only two days now, so I am definitely a newbie at this.
I too am having trouble with dimmer levels not being updated if a dimmer level is changed via either the Lutron App, or a Pico that works directly with the SBP. Changes that were made to dimmer levels by the Lutron App show up in the HE description log, but any IF-THEN conditionals associated with those dimmer values do not update properly. They only update if the dimmer level change is made using HE.
Is this expected behavior?
Thanks.
