Start again with C5 hub

I've had this early version hub for a few years now, but never really got going with it. It only has a couple of devices set up on it, and I'm inclined to simply start again.

Can someone advise me how to wipe / reset the device so that I can get it going again?

The android app (v1.7.4) isn't working properly either, although it does show the following:

Hub ID: reported
IP address: reported
MAC Address: reported
Platform version: 2.3.4.123
Hardware version: Rev C-5
Last checkin: October
Active? No

Follow the instructions (for either the full reset or the radio reset plus a soft reset, all you'd really need in your case) here: Soft Reset | Hubitat Documentation

You might also want to uninstall and reinstall the Android app and set it up with your new hub, or at least erase its settings, so it doesn't carry over old/cached information the first time you try to open it.

If it has devices already set up on it, those devices would need to be reset, too, unless first excluded from the hub before it is reset.

The biggest "cost" to owning a home automation hub is the time spent setting up and maintaining it. The Hubitat Elevation platform has come a long way since the C5 hub. If there is any way to cover the cost of a newer hub, I would highly recommend doing so.

As people have upgraded their home systems, there should be older C7 and C8 hubs available at attractive prices.
