SRT321 Z-Wave Thermostat on C7

I have 8 Secure/IQE SRT321 (aka Horstmann HRT4-ZW) Z-Wave wall thermostats. Worked fine on C4.

These thermostats are European and used with radiators - so mode is either off or heat.

7 of them that I migrated work fine on C7, 1 that I factory reset during migration does not - the C7 is not getting any Thermostat mode changes from the device. This would say to me that the problem is the device, not the hub. But @meavydev (who originally wrote the ST driver for these and is now over here and has a shiny new C7) tells me he has the same issue and has verified with a zniffer that the mode changes are being sent to the hub.

@bcopeland would you have any clue what's happening?
FYI - My C7 is totally up to date and since the last few updates my Z-Wave mesh has settled down very well.

Looks like the SRT321's are back in action now after today's latest update - 2.2.4.145

I was able to easily include a Z-Wave Plus SRT321 for the first time - inclusion always failed on the C7 before today.
