SQL Lock Error Using Hubitat Package Manager

I'm using the latest 2.4.0.145 image, but it did the same thing on the previous 2.3.9.something image as well before I upgraded. When trying to open the Hubitat Package Manager, I get the following error message:

Error: Couldn't remove job: Timeout trying to lock table {0}; SQL statement: DELETE FROM QRTZ_CRON_TRIGGERS WHERE SCHED_NAME = 'QuartzScheduler' AND TRIGGER_NAME = ? AND TRIGGER_GROUP = ? [50200-224]

I've tried rebooting the hub, but no joy. Any thoughts on how to remove the lock?
