Recently purchase the Sparkle OIT ZigBee Smart Plugs. Having issues connecting them to Hubitat. It wasn't working, so I tried to connect them to my Alexa just to see if they would work, and they do. When I try to connect them to Hubitat, it tells me that I need to factory reset the plug, which I had already done, so I'm not sure what steps to take next. Any help would be great! Thanks!
Not sure I'd buy an electric device with Spark in the name but, regardless. 
Sounds like it should work but there are any number of ZigBee devices marketed by many sellers under many different names.
So first thing is to get it to pair with your Hubitat hub (C?).
Do a manual install of your device and record the Device pairing info
Then come back here and post that info.

Hopefully that will help find a driver to support your new plugs.

Well I went to do the manual install and now it's working fine, so that was weird lol
