Sonos, Chromcast, or DLNA for audio

I've tried every combination of server/path I can think of. Has anyone figured out the syntax to play a MP3 file on a DLNA player (using DLNA player/Media Renderer) from a network share?

I'm able to play files when I use a PC to host the DLNA player, because the file is local to the player. I can't host a file on a smart speaker, so I made a share on my PC, enabled streaming, turned off the firewall for private network, tried everything I could think of in the URI field. Knowing I have the syntax right would let me concentrate on firewall or sharing options.

Any help?

Thank you @Cobra your test mp3 you posted at http://hubitat.xurria.co.uk/mp3/ worked like a charm on my Eufy so now I know it's my network or file share and not syntax. Thank you for leaving that out there.
