@mike.maxwell I just upgraded my development hub to 2.2.0.126 from 2.1.9.114. I then removed the Sonoff Basic ZBR3 from my devices and paired it again at about 50cm from the hub. It first got stuck at Initializing, I then paired it one more time and it then got detected.
However, it did NOT get an endpointId set. Doing the exact same thing with 2.1.9.114 I do get an endpointId and I never end up getting stuck at Initializing.
I repeated this 3 times, exact same thing EVERY time.

NOTE: When using commands which get around the lack of endpointId the device work as expected once the correct driver is selected.
