I am having such issues with my Sonoff ZBMINIL2. It is so inconsistant, rarely works. I tried installing a community driver as well since i was advised to. Still the same issues. Is it just a junk relay? Here is a screenshot of my logs and the warning I keep recieving...
I have one of these and it is working well.
I'm using the built in 'Generic Zigbee Switch' driver.

Thats the driver i originally used. Had the same issues. Somebody mentioned to grab a community driver off HPM that worked well for them. Tried it and still have these issues/warnings
I got my Mini about 5-6 months ago and it paired straightaway using this driver.
I've been using it ever since with no issues.
It is fitted in a metal patrice box on the ground floor. My hub is on the first floor diagonally opposite side of the house.
Could a weak zigbee mesh be the issue?
its about 40ft from my hub, through a couple of walls, but i did put a repeater in between the hubitat and device. BUT when i look at my topology of zigbee, it wont connect the repeater thats 2 ft away from it, it still chooses to connect directly to hubitat...
There is an app called ZigBee Map that is available on HPM.
With this app you can pair a device and define a repeater for it to use.
Personally I've not used it but it might be worth a try.
