Sonoff S40ZB Smart outlets stopped working

I created a small network with just my hubitat and two Sonoff S40 Lite Zigbee outlets. When I first set it up, it seemed to work, but eventually I realized that my daily automated commands don't seem to reach my outlets about 15% of the time, so occasionally I'd come upstairs in the morning and see the lamp never turned off overnight.

Now, something has gone wrong and the outlets don't seem to work at all. I've tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in, and also resetting the hubitat.

How can I get it back to mostly-working? And, ideally, how can I get it to reliably work?

You can re-pair your outlets. They might have disconnected if the signal wasn’t getting to them. Re-pairing them will put them back in the automations where they were previously present.

As recommended by @aaiyar, you should consider adding repeaters to help avoid a repeat of this.
