Sonoff S31 started buzzing...recommendations on replacement?

One of my Sonoff S31 devices started faintly buzzing. It is less than 3 years old. Its plugged into an outlet right next to the bed, so the buzzing is very annoying.

Any recommendations on a reliable zigbee on/off outlet switch that won't start buzzing in a few years (and preferably one that acts as a good repeater,, and power monitoring would be a plus), or is buzzing after a few years just par for the course with electronic devices?

I bought a handful of Sonoff S31 Lite’s three years ago and most have failed. They didn’t seem to make great repeaters either.

I’ve since bought ThirdReality and IKEA plugs. They are cheap and probably use similar low-quality solid state relays as the Sonoffs so I don’t necessarily expect them to last many years. So far so good and some of them are handling pretty brutal loads (e.g. fridge). They appear to make good repeaters. Some people complain about power-reporting “chattiness” but it’s not been a problem here.

I sometimes wonder if some of the brand-name more expensive plugs (e.g. Hue, Sinopé) might use higher quality parts and perhaps last longer, but I don’t know.

I have many Sengled and ThirdReality plugs, some well over 3 years old and they are still working fine. I can't speak to Sonoff too much. I tried them a while back but for some reason they didn't play nice with Sengled bulbs, so not using them.
