I've got a pair of sonoff zigbee minis that will drop off the zigbee network. They seem to do this at the same time, but I can't figure out the cause. The appear to enter a pairing state, so if I just discover zigbee devices, they re-attach to the hub. Is there a reason that they both would be doing this?
Another odd behavior I noticed was that they like to turn themselves off claiming a physical switch did so, however I don't have a physical switch connected. Again, this appears to happen at the same time for both devices. Is this because the physical switch is floating (not connected)?
Can't claim any suggestions myself, but happy to bump this back up the list of posts.... above my general conversation thread....
Only suggestions I can make would be to confirm the driver you are using for the devices on you HE hub, the platform version you are using, and what you mean by floating vs connected?
It's using the "Generic zigbee switch" driver at the moment.
I'm running version 2.3.0.121 (just updated earlier today, I think).
When doing experimenting with arduino hardware in the past, some designs would call for a pull-up or pull-down resister to when connecting a switch. My concern is that neither off, nor on, might confuse the controller in the zb mini. It seems unlikely that it would need to have a switch connected. I can live with this issue, but dropping off the network is a little more annoying to deal with.
