Something hinkey with my Thermostat this morning

My Good Morning rule is supposed to set my Thermostat to 70. If you look at the attached screen shots you will see that at 7:08 this morning my Good Morning rule ran but the Tstat did not get set. At 7:14 I physically used the dashboard to turn it up after I noticed it did not come on.
This log shows that nothing relating to the tstat happened at 7:08am

The tstat event log shows that the Good Morning rule did initiate commands to the tstat at 7:08am.

This log shows when at 7:14am I physically turned the tstat to 70.

This log shows that Good Morning was turned on at 7:08am with no reference to the tstat.

I was just wondering if anyone can figure out what is going on? Thanks.

Would help to see this rule and the logs from that rule.

This is the Good Morning Rule. If you are wondering why there are 2 commands to set the tstat 10 seconds apart, it is because the first command wakes up the tstat and the 2nd actually sets the tstat. I know not the best way to do things but the only way I can make it work correctly.

If it wasn't turned on I would turn on logging and verify what happened.

From the logs you posted the rule should have been triggered. Why the thermostat did not get set, :man_shrugging:. Could have just been a glitch. Maybe the Tstat didn't return the proper mode? Maybe the rule sent the command but the tstat did not respond. Looking at the log from the rule is really the only way to tell what happened.

I have no logs from the rule, they were not turned on. I turned on the logs so if this happens again I can review them.
