Some Zigbee bulbs connected to HE not responding to Alexa

I have a C-8 with several ZWAVE and Zigbee devices along with Alexa integration. For the most part everything works fine except after a power failure. Once power is back on I can control the bulbs via the HE app but Alexa says "device not responding". Yet other HE connected devices work with Alexa.

What could be causing this?

Make sure you are on the latest platform (2.3.9.181) and do a reboot with a database rebuild.

Assign a DHCP reservation to your alexa device(s)
