Some of my lights are duplicated in devices and can't seem to delete

I'm having some problems with lights not coming on when expected or turning off unexpectedly. When I went back to my device lists several of my lights have duplicated themselves. I tried deleting the duplicates but they came right back again. Any help is appreciated. I really want to love HE but its got a steep learning curve and I miss the simplicity of create routines with Apple Homekit.

It looks as though all the duplicates are Lutron dimmers - the DNI for the duplicates seem to start with Ra2S- and Ra2D- which ones did you delete? For most of the duplicates the Last Activity column indicates that the Ra2D- ones have had more recent activity, except for the Master Bedroom Lights.

I have no experience with Lutron, but I'd probably recommend deleting the Ra2S- lights and seeing what happens.

Or you could wait until a Lutron expert comments

The letter after "Ra2" indicates the type of device - "S" is a switch, while "D" is a dimmer. Delete whichever one does not accurately describe each device.

(FYI, I've seen this kind of duplication done by the Lutron Integrator when I've changed something in the manual configuration list.)

Thank you! I've removed the "S" ones as they are really Lutron Casetta Wireless inwall Dimmer Switches.

So the extra duplicated lights no longer show in my device list, however they still show up in pickers when trying to create scenes?
