I have read all the posts I could find for using the built in app for the yeelights. I have 6 of them in my Yeelight phone app and they are all controllable there. I have turned on the LAN Control for all and when I select the Yeelight Integration to start scanning it might find one. Then you hit done and select it from the drop down, close the drop down, and select done again.
At that point when I open it up again the bulb is gone. Could the Yeelight Integration App be corrupted in any way? Not sure where to go from here. Thanks for any help.
please open a live logging window, then in a separate window re-run discovery.
In the live logging window it should list the model names of the models that we don't know about (support), if you post this along with what each specific model supports, IE RGB, RGBW or CT then we can get these added.
Here is what is in the log. I had to do it in 3 pics but hopefully there is something there you can use. If not let me know and I will try to get it for you.
Here is info from one bulb I was able to create a device for. The bulbs are all YLDP05YL.
thanks, but that's not what I asked for.
I need the logs from the yeelight app.
OK, I have been running the Yeelight Integration for about 20 minutes now and there is nothing in the logs at all. I also ran it last night for about 30 minutes and it showed nothing there also. All I have is a window open for the App looking for bulbs and a window for the log.
Not sure what to do from here if there is no info to give you. Anything else you want me to try?
You might try uninstalling the yeelight integration, also remove any installed yeelight bulbs if they werent removed, then reinstall it.
Then during the reinstall leave live logging running, see if there's any data in there.
Well I am not sure what I did or completely how I did it. I went to the phone app and deleted one of the bulbs. Brought the one bulb back into the phone app. Did a scan with the Yeelight App and the one bulb came in. I selected done. I went to devices and refreshed and it was there. I did an initialize and 15 sec a refresh. The bulb was connected and I was able to turn it on and off. I did that for each bulb doing them only one at a time. I now have all 6 bulbs in and working.
Thanks everyone for the help!!
