None of my devices are controllable from hubitat. My lutron dimmers work fine from the lutron app as does nest and belkin, but although they still show in hubtitat they do not respond. I never had this problem with wink. What gives?
First thing you may want to do is contact support@hubitat.com. Keeping Hubitat in the loop really helps them to identify the root cause of issues and put in permanent fixes.
Second, for the community to assist, we're going to need a lot more information to help brainstorm what might be going on with your hub. For example, are you using any custom drivers or apps? Some custom apps and drivers are known to destabilize the Hubitat hub.
Nope. My main integration is lutron. I have the app and already added all my dimmers. They worked fine yesterday but today they are non responsive from within hubitat but still work from the lutron app. My schlage lock, gocontrol garage opener and rachio sprinklers still work but lutron lights dimmers have stopped
Do you have the SmartBridge Pro? Did you setup the Lutron Integration, and put the IP address of the SmartBridge in?
In addition to what Bruce said, does your Lutron Smart Bridge Pro (which I assume you have if it was ever working, as that is the one you need) have a static IP address? If not, any chance it could have changed? The Lutron app can probably find it again, but it needs to be static for Hubitat (either set on the Bridge itself with the Lutron app or via your DCHP server, likely your router unless you have something else set up).
Basic troubleshooting you can do on your own includes checking the "Logs" item on the left (may be under the upper-left hamburger menu on mobile devices). Opening this page will show live logs, or you can click "View Past Logs" to see a bit into the past. In both cases, you can filter the logs shown to just a specific app or device by finding it in the list at the top and clicking/tapping that item (the live logs will need time to populate before you see these options). I'm not sure what the Hubitat app for Lutron integration says if it can't connect, but you'll likely see "error" followed by something reasonably descriptive in the logs if this is the case.
That was it. Bravenel helped me. It's all good. Static now. Props for excellent and prompt servicr
