One great benefit with Hubitat is there's no urgency on updating the Platform OS. I'd suggest deferring that til you have more confidence in the Hub's functioning.

It sounds like you're registered and ready to go. Green LED is perfect. It means the Platform OS is running.

Thank you but I thought blue was the color of choice.

For a C-5 hub:

  • RED LED = Shutdown
  • BLUE LED = Loading Platform OS
  • GREEN LED = Platform OS is running.

For a C-3 / C-4 hub:

  • RED LED = Shutdown
  • BLUE LED = Platform OS is running.
