[Solved]Screen does not scroll when clicking on open space

I'm using chrome on a Win 11 laptop.
What I'm noticing is that the right scroll bar doesn't actually work.
As you can see the scroll bar is there with a background colour of red.

Also the actual scroll bar is incredibly thin.

When I go below the scroll bar and tap nothing happens.
Normally, and pre 2.3.9, when I tap on the space below the end of the scroll bar the page will scroll down.
This no longer works.

THank you for posting. I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 using Chrome...
