[Solved] HubMesh broke after power outage

After a power outage both of my hubs are reporting "no active hubs on the network" and previously linked devices are showing as OFLINE.

What is the best way to fix this?

I did reboot one hub, my second one not doing much but I am reluctant to reboot the first as it is pretty busy and working otherwise, just the hub mesh not right.

This should fix itself after a few minutes at most. Refresh the browser window if you have left it open. You might try rebooting the router. You may also want to reserve the Hubs' IP addresses on your router if you haven't already done so, and also put them on a UPS.

My mesh (Velop 9 nodes) takes up to 20 mnutes to "re-sync/mesh" back up after power outage. I fixed the issue with small battery backups on the nodes. I also have one on my tv. The other day we lost power again and I did not notice until I went for more coffee and the power was out. When the power restored all other devices came right back up and online.

It fixed itself after I rebooted both hubs. Yes, both hubs have reserved IPs.

I will look into UPS's for them. One of them is sitting next to my big UPS in my office, just need a small one for the main hub.

I have mine on a UPS that backs up my router and a switch. Good for 7 hours without power. That way if the power goes out for an extended time, my battery devices won’t drain their batteries looking for a router. I have both hubs plugged in to the usb ports on the front.
