Solid blue light on C-5

Hello! I'm new to Hubitat, inherited a C-5 from my cousin. To the best of my knowledge it was working when he sent it to me.

When I fire it up on my network, it comes up with a solid blue light. It gets an IP address, but when I attempt to connect to it via https, it says connection refused. Tried multiple browers, incognito mode, no joy.

http://[hub.ip]:8081/ loads this Hubitat Elevation Update Tool

Select one of the following versions to switch to:

But the list is blank.

I tried going to http://[hub.ip]/hub/cloud/updateDiagnosticTool in regular Chrome and incognito, also tried Firefox, same result:

This site canโ€™t be reached, refused to connect.

I got to http://[hub.ip]:8081/resetHub and did a full factory reset,

Reset page shows:

Platform version: blank
Hardware Version: Rev C-5

Any suggestions appreciated!

You may not be able to recover. That version of update tool, now called Diagnostic Tool is 5 years old. Check this post and the solution, but I think your hub is not recoverable.

Thanks, I had already followed the steps in that thread, but it looks like the platform is gone. I'll get a new one.
