I have available for adoption, 2 already flashed SonOff (ZBDongle-P) USB Zigbee 3.0 dongles to use as a repeater. They were flashed about 18 months ago and ran for over a year with a C7 and then a C8 before I retired them. Why, well after getting a C8 with external antennas I had very few devices using them in my house. Not sure if it matters but they were used in USA, so I am not sure these would work in the other great countries of the world.
My initial feelings are a 30.00 dollar adoption fee for both and a 15.00 Priority Mail shipping fee.
