It's a split relay so the part needing the neutral can go in the ceiling and then just the module in the wall and you can keep the original switch. Looks like it supports 3 and 4 way and it's available in Zigbee and Z-Wave. Only WiFi currently in the US but they are at CES this year and I'm guessing US availability is coming.
