I just tried using the SMS feature to send a text to my phone for the dashboard setup and I never got it.
Yes I checked the log and nothing there.
Did you added +1xxxxxxxxxx to your number?
Works for me.
There is a 10 SMS message limit per day, in case you've hit that...
First time using it and yes it's the right format.
Mine isnt working either.
I got an SMS this morning but it came in 14 minutes after the Pushover notification that was assigned to the same HSM event.
Mine never came. All 3 SMS tests failed for my verizon phone.
I'm on Verizon on the east coast. My test text messages came through for a rule on my vibration sensors. And also with HSM I got my text alerts.
Now depending on your firmware level you could have problems. When I first started with hubitat in nov2018 the text alerting was hit or miss, at least for me.
What firmware level you on?

From the settings page on hubitat web interface. One of the buttons says hub details, click it and it tells you the particular software/firmware version your hub is currently running.
