So I have an automation for my smartwings shades that worked today, but all of a sudden the shades are not responsive to any command I give it. It is only working with remote at the moment. I've had it for about a week now and I didnt have any issues until today. Has anybody had this strange behavior from Smartwings not working all of a sudden. The battery is fully charged because I charged it just in case that was the issue. In hubitat I see the command show opening but the shade doesnt move. Any help is appreciated . I also rebooted my hub as well.
if you use the factory remote, does the shade report to hubitat?
