Do you have SmartThings? Sounds like it. In that case, you could use HubConnect to get the device into HE. It's a bit of work to set up, especially for just one device, but perhaps you could find other uses for it (and it wouldn't be that bad for one device--besides the necessary hub drivers, you'd only need the appropriate driver for the plug).
Of course, this makes it cloud-dependent, but if you came from SmartThings, that's nothing you aren't used to. 
If they use plain HTTP (not HTTPS--I'm not sure there's a way to make that work) or UDP, it's likely someone could write a Hubitat driver if the communication were reverse-engineered. I'm not sure anyone has bothered to figure that out. I'm guessing it's not similar enough to the Tasmota-flashable devices to work with that, either, but it may be worth Googling to see if anyone has...
