Hi i have some Smartthings Motion sensor that i wanted to use for temperature but it would see they are not updating. How often should they sent temp update? as it only seems to update when i hit refresh.
They should be reporting on .5C temp change.

I left the log open over night and they are updating i'm pleased to find out.
Do the SmartThings Motion Sensors support configuration of the reporting thresholds or intervals? I know that these options aren't exposed by the generic motion sensor driver, but I'm wondering if they could be by a custom driver.
Doubtefull for motion, but battery and temperature should be configurable.
I'm actually most interested in the temperature settings, anyway.
I don't suppose you guys have any plans to make a custom driver? Is there some other way (like the basic Z-Wave Tool) to set configuration options?
At some point all zigbee devices will have reporting configuration options.
A basic zigbee tool has been a low priority personal project for some time, it's just not getting much of my time.
