The device works, and the moment I flip the switch on or off, it almost always fixes immediatly the smartstart "issue".
It doesn't only happen with this switch. There are a few other switches in the house that this also happens to.
Everything is working, so "if it aint broke dont' fix it"....but more curious if anyone has any insight as to why SmartStart drops it like this and if this is an issue I should be concerned about.
Since your first screenshot is from a third-party app, the first thing I'd do is look at the authoritative source instead, the SmartStart area in the mobile app. (They should ultimately pull from the same data, but you may have run into some time when the above isn't refreshing for you or some other issue.) Without knowing what that says, it's impossible to say if there is really a SmartStart problem here or just something else (like my aforementioned guess).
I find that SmartStart is only good for including LR devices. I've been disabling the SS entries on @jtp10181 's app, but keeping backups, just in case. SS is just a distraction once the device is included.
Happens to me also, and I noticed the same thing with activating the device and then it updates. Seems to be a normal bug in Smart Start. It is not my app, the app is pulling from the same data source as the mobile app.
